In October we will have the chance to experience the wonders of a "the land of fire and ice". Remote, inspiring and one-of-a-kind is how we can describe this Global Retreat! Iceland is a country of extreme contrasts and dramatic landscapes. Widely known as "the land of fire and ice," Iceland is home to some of the largest glaciers in Europe and some of the world's most active volcanoes. Iceland is also the land of light and darkness. Long summer days with near 24-hours of sunshine are offset by short winter days with only a few hours of gloomy daylight—the perfect scenario for enjoying the magical Northern lights.

Day 1 (12th October) Reykjavík
This day we focus on arriving, finding each other, exploring the city and having a good evening dinner to set up the energy and mindset for the adventures to come.
Day 2 (13th October) The Golden Circle
On day 2, we will focus on moving around and experiencing some of the Iceland's landmarks. Day will be filled with spectacular and beautiful sceneries, different activities and incredible memories.
Day 3 (14th October) Retreat
This day will be dedicated to the actual retreat. We will focus on deep conversations, forum, getting to know some local entrepreneurs and intimate and open firepit stories.
Day 4 (15th October) The South Coast
On day 4, we will be focusing again on some Iceland specials. We will see some of the widely known caves and lagoons. Get ready for some strangely exceptional views and experiences.
Day 5 (16th October) Departure
On day 5, we will have breakfast and say our goodbyes.
The following are included in the ticket price:
- Accommodation

Things to consider before buying
Please consider the following before purchasing a ticket for this event:
- Travel expenses from your home destination to the event location are not included.
- Check your visa and passport requirements well in advance of this event.
- Upon purchase you agree to the EYES Society Rules (incl. the Code of Conduct) and to sign the liability waiver which will be provided to you after confirmation.
Cancellation and refund policy
If you should have to cancel your registration, notification in writing should be sent to office@eyesinternational.org. Please make sure you state the name of the event in the subject line of your email.
- A full refund will be given for cancellations received 90 days or more prior to the event.
- A refund of 80% will be given for cancellations received between 89 days prior to 61 days to the start of the event.
- A refund of 40% will be given for cancellations received between 60 days prior to 31 days to the start of the event.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 30 days of the event, nor failure to attend.
Force majeure
EYES shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should the event be cancelled due to war, fire, strike lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.
